The Warranty Administrator is responsible for reviewing repair orders, submitting and reconciling warranty claims, resolving claim discrepancies, maintaining warranty receivables, and partnering with service and accounting teams to ensure timely reimbursement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities while delivering exceptional accuracy in a fast-paced dealership environment.
