Job summary

Schumacher Auto Group is seeking a Service Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims and liaise with technicians, customers, and manufacturers. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, solid knowledge of warranty policies, and strong organizational skills.

Primary duties include processing claims, interpreting policies, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring compliance with dealer guidelines. Excellent communication with internal teams and manufacturers is essential.

The Service Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement from manufacturers and warranty providers. This role requires a detailed understanding of warranty policies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to liaise effectively between service technicians, customers, and manufacturers.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day Shift

Education/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

Pay Range: Depending on Experience ($50K - $75K)
