Job summary

Schumacher Auto Group of the Palm Beaches is seeking a Service Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims and ensure timely reimbursement from manufacturers and providers based in Delray Beach.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication between service technicians, customers, and manufacturers, plus accurate record-keeping. The pay range is $50K–$75K, and a Day Shift on an 8-hour schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Interpret warranty policies and procedures from various manufacturers
• Communicate with service technicians to gather necessary information for claims
• Liaise with manufacturer representatives to resolve complex warranty issues
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership policies
• Assist in training service advisors on warranty processes and updates
• Monitor and report on warranty claim trends and issues
• Reconcile warranty accounts and prepare financial reports
• Handle customer inquiries related to warranty coverage and claims
