Job summary

Martin Management Group in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Warranty Administrator to verify repair orders against manufacturer criteria, post warranty labor, and flag and close orders.

The role requires maintaining current warranty claims, processing warranty and service contract claims, and reviewing rejected claims while ensuring compliance with the Employee Handbook and safety training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year in general office or service department position.
• Warranty claim experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Ability to use computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Verify all repair orders against criteria required by the manufacturer.
