Job summary

Barnes Crossing Auto Group is seeking a Warranty Administrator for a full-time, on-site position in Columbia, TN. You will process warranty claims, track approvals, and maintain accurate records in line with manufacturer policies.

You will review repair orders, ensure correct coding of parts and labor, and follow up on denied or unpaid claims. You’ll work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve issues and support customer-facing teams.

Role Description

The Warranty Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbia, TN. This position is responsible for accurately processing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers, tracking approvals and rejections, and maintaining detailed records in compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies. The role involves reviewing repair orders for proper documentation, ensuring that parts and labor are correctly coded, and following up on unpaid or denied claims. The Warranty Administrator collaborates closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve warranty issues, supports customer-facing staff in explaining warranty coverage, and contributes to efficient service department operations.
