What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Generate, detail, review, and adjust warranty claims following policy and procedure
2. Organize and execute parts returns and communicate information to all stakeholders
3. Create, maintain, and process billing invoices accurately and timely
4. Advise consumers and internal staff on product registration and warranty policies
5. Maintain and furnish financial and warranty statistical reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or a minimum of three years of experience in marine service and accounting or adjacent industry
2. Must acquire and maintain MU Outboard certification within the first year of employment
3. Strong knowledge of dealer invoicing software and Mercury’s warranty systems
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and stakeholders
5. Excellent computer skills for meticulous data gathering and documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Customer service experience with a complete understanding of service philosophy
2. Three or more years in a marine service-related capacity
3. Knowledge of marine service and repair fundamentals
4. Proficient with Office 365, SalesForce, Oracle, and Lightspeed business systems
