Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to bring warmth and hospitality to every guest interaction. You will be part of a bakery-cafe team, helping with production, service, and guest experience while maintaining food safety standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Food Handler’s Card required by law (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Stay adaptable to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
