Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth and joy to every guest. You’ll support daily bakery-cafe operations across areas like Production, Service, Cashier, and Drive-Thru to help ensure guests receive our best.

Qualifications

Demonstrates friendly guest service and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn multiple cafe functions (production, prep, service, cashier, drive-thru).
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

Execute duties for areas within the bakery-cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC).
Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
Stay mobile to assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
