Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests and serving great food with warmth. You’ll help in production, prep, service, and cashier areas, staying busy and accurate in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

Strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential; prior food service is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly communicate with guests and team members.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Food Handlers Card required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist in production, prep, service, cashier, and expo areas.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas following protocols.
• Support next shift with stocking and setup.
