Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to serve guests with warmth and care in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment. You will greet guests, help assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches, and assist across service areas, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ as stated by the employer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making guests smile.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Assist guests across entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up shifts.
