Job summary

The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix seeks a warm, energetic front-of-house host to welcome guests, manage seating, and support daily restaurant operations. You will participate in pre-shift huddles, handle reservations, and assist with guest needs to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Restaurant experience is a plus; energy and attentiveness matter most.
• Maricopa County Food Service Worker card and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred.
• Able to memorize menus, resolve concerns gracefully, and uphold Four Diamond hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with warmth, offer seating, and escort to appropriate table.
• Lead or join daily roll call huddles covering specials and guest feedback.
• Manage reservations and function details with precision.
• Answer phones with friendly professionalism to make guests feel expected.
• Assist with service details as needed (pouring coffee, updating menus, keeping guest areas ready).
