Arizona Grand Resort & Spa seeks a hospitality professional to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, all-suite resort environment. You will welcome guests warmly, guide them through the menu with expert recommendations, and ensure a seamless service flow from start to finish.

Picture this: towering palms, the silhouette of South Mountain against a blazing Phoenix sunset, and a lobby alive with the energy of travelers arriving from every corner of the globe. This is your stage. At Arizona Grand Resort & Spa — Phoenix’s largest all-suite resort and a AAA Four Diamond destination — first impressions aren’t just made, they’re crafted. And you’re the one holding the pen.
We’re searching for a hospitality professional who understands that service isn’t a task — it’s an art form. Someone who can read a room, anticipate a need before it’s spoken, and turn a simple meal into a memory worth returning for.
Phoenix isn’t just a backdrop — it’s a city of reinvention, where ambition meets sunshine 300 days a year. And Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is where that energy lives and breathes, from our lazy river and waterpark to our award-winning spa and golf course. Working here means joining a team that takes pride in exceptional guest experiences, while enjoying the kind of resort perks, career growth, and genuine camaraderie that keep people here for years, not just seasons.
This isn’t just a serving position. It’s your invitation to be part of something polished, dynamic, and unmistakably Arizona.
