Job summary

Trustwell Living of Raytown is seeking a friendly Concierge/Receptionist to be the welcoming face for residents, families and visitors. You will greet people, answer calls, coordinate appointments, and support daily community operations with a warm, professional demeanor.

In this role you’ll transport residents to appointments, handle light administrative tasks, and collaborate with the team to ensure comfort, safety, and excellent service in our senior living community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassion and respect for older adults and their families.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and guests with a smile and provide outstanding customer service.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist with community information.
• Support residents with day-to-day needs such as scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, ensuring their comfort.
• Receive deliveries and assist with coordinating services for residents.
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, or data entry.
• Help maintain the reception area to be welcoming and professional.
• Partner with team members to ensure residents feel supported and cared for.
