The ideal candidate thrives on thoughtful hospitality, staying calm under pressure while delivering memorable guest experiences in a landmark project by Left Lane. Open to strong teamwork and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous host, restaurant, hospitality, or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and confident posture.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with reservation platforms and restaurant technology preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism on arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow to optimize guest experience.
• Escort guests to tables and explain menus and daily features.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries.
• Coordinate with managers and staff to ensure efficient seating and service.
• Maintain awareness of table status and dining room capacity during service.
• Support pre- and post-dining guest communications.
