Recess Hotel & Club Savannah is opening Le Flâneur, a signature French brasserie, and seeks outgoing Hosts to join our team. The Hosts start at the door, welcoming guests and setting a warm, memorable first impression.

You will manage reservations and seating, escort guests to tables, and help ensure a smooth, guest‑oriented dining experience through service, with Southern hospitality and a can‑do spirit.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask during busy periods.
• Comfortable using a reservation system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth and personality.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow.
• Escort guests to tables and provide information as needed.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and requests.
• Coordinate with servers and managers to maintain smooth service.
• Recognize and greet VIPs and returning guests.
• Keep host stand and entrance organized and guest-ready.
• Support opening/closing and other restaurant duties.
