Left Lane Hospitality Group, LLC is opening Recess Hotel & Club in Savannah, with Le Flâneur, a French brasserie, seeking warm and hospitality-driven Hosts. You will set the guest experience tone, manage reservations and seating, and help create a seamless dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives under pressure while maintaining a calm, gracious presence.

Formación

• Experience in guest-facing roles in hospitality or restaurant settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and manage/check in at the host stand.
• Coordinate reservations, waitlists, and seating to optimize dining room flow.
• Escort guests to tables and provide information about menus and features.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries.
• Collaborate with managers and servers to ensure smooth seating and service.
• Maintain awareness of table status and dining room capacity during service.
• Facilitate guest communications before, during, and after dining experiences.
• Support special occasions, VIP guests, and member experiences with attention to detail.
