You will set the guest experience from arrival, manage reservations, seating flow, and help create a seamless dining experience in a lively, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous host/guest-facing experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and polished presentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with reservation platforms and restaurant technology preferred.
• Ability to stay composed during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage arrivals with professionalism.
• Coordinate reservations, waitlists and seating to optimize flow.
• Escort guests to tables and provide information on menus and features.
• Answer calls, assist with reservations and inquiries.
• Collaborate with managers and staff to ensure smooth service.
