Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred; upscale dining experience is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and guest engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and confidently communicate menu and beverage knowledge.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food and beverage trays safely.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalized, and professional service throughout each guest's dining experience
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Le Flâneur's food, beverage, wine, cocktail, and dessert offerings
• Guide guests through menu selections and make thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences
• Accurately enter orders and process transactions using the point-of-sale system
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards and sequence of service
• Anticipate guest needs and provide genuine, hospitality-focused service
• Maintain awareness of menu changes, daily features, and seasonal offerings
• Pre-bus and reset tables throughout service to maintain a polished dining environment
• Collaborate closely with culinary, bar, host, and support teams to ensure seamless service
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of service stations and dining areas
• Promote featured menu items, wine selections, cocktails, and special offerings when appropriate
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and hospitality
