Qualifications

• 1+ years of clerical experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents and staff warmly and direct them as needed.
• Answer phones, take messages and route inquiries promptly.
• Provide information about the facility, services and status of residents.
