Job summary

Ovation by Avamere is hiring a part-time Receptionist at our Ovation at Heartwood campus in Omaha, NE. The role serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, greeting guests, answering phones, and supporting campus operations with clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of clerical experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality in a healthcare environment. Experience in a healthcare setting and CPR/BLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clerical experience, preferably in healthcare settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents and staff; provide information and directions.
• Answer and route phone calls; take messages and ensure timely communication.
• Answer questions about the facility, services, and resident status.
• Handle mail, packages, appointments, and light clerical duties.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors and deliveries with confidentiality.
