Colliers at Port Orange is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Concierge for our assisted living community. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment while supporting daily operations.

Pass a level 2 background check and be flexible to work weekends and holidays. Prior healthcare or senior living reception experience is preferred; strong multitasking and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare or hospitality education a plus.
• Previous receptionist/concierge experience in healthcare or senior living preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors upon arrival.
• Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain tidy, organized reception area at all times.
• Manage appointments and community calendar; coordinate activities and events.
• Handle mail and packages with timely distribution.
• Assist residents with inquiries about services, amenities, and local resources.
• Provide information to families on resident care and facility policies.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with light administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and inventory.
