CFS senior holdings LLC at Orchard Hill in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a part-time Front Desk Concierge. You will warmly greet residents, families, visitors, and staff, manage phone lines, and provide clerical support to leadership. Maintain a welcoming lobby and assist with mail, supplies, and events.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, confidentiality, and teamwork in a senior living environment. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prev front desk, clerical and/or data entry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and telephone system.

Mansioni

• Greet residents, family members, guests, vendors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Provide general information and assist visitors with directions or questions.
• Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and support community safety protocols.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to residents and departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Order and track office supplies as needed.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the leadership team.
• Assist with special projects and community events as requested.
