Qualifications

• Word processing and clerical skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first impression to residents, visitors and families.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, route messages per policy.
• Greet visitors courteously and professionally at the front desk.
• Manage hospitality desk procedures and maintain lobby ambiance.
• Sign in visitors and coordinate with residents and staff.
• Assist with mail processing and office supply management.
• Keep emergency contacts and resident information up to date.
• Support supervisors with clerical tasks and event RSVPs.
• Facilitate resident tours and community information sharing.
• Contribute to a hospitality-focused atmosphere and teamwork.
