Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, receptionist, or front desk roles preferred.

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Computer skills with MS Office; Canva experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries promptly.
• Support administrative tasks: filing, scheduling, data entry, logging.
• Provide tours of the community to prospective residents and families.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
