Qualifications

• Friendly and professional demeanor to greet residents, families and visitors.
• Clear communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong organizational ability to multitask in a busy front-desk setting.

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities
