Sunol Creek Memory Care in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate for a part-time schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). You’ll greet residents and visitors, answer phones, and support daily clerical tasks to keep the lobby welcoming.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor and warm hospitality.
• Clear communication in person and over the phone.

• Experience in customer service, receptionist, or front desk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests: Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer Phones: Respond to inquiries and direct calls promptly and courteously.
• Support the Team: Assist with filing, scheduling, data entry, data logging, and other clerical tasks.
• Provide Tours: Give welcoming and engaging community tours to prospective residents and families.
• Maintain the Front Desk: Keep the reception and lobby areas organized, clean, and inviting.
• Be a Team Player: Provide additional front desk support when needed and available.
