Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or memory care is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
• Provide compassionate, individualized care tailored to each resident.
• Monitor well-being and report changes promptly.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Engage residents in activities and conversations to create joy.
• Ensure safety and protect residents’ dignity at all times.
