Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking a Wares Processor in Brockport, NY to prepare donated items for our retail stores and support community programs. You will sort, price, label, and stock merchandise while upholding safety and quality standards and delivering friendly customer service.

This hands-on role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior retail experience is a plus and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Basic reading and writing skills for policies, labels, and routine reports.

• Sort and assess housewares and other items based on quality standards.
• Price, tag, and label merchandise using pricing guides.
• Meet daily and bi-weekly production goals by processing items efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise and build product expertise.
• Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service and assist with customer concerns.
