Responsibilities include employee training, work planning, assignment, and direction, scheduling, managing overtime, performance appraisal, disciplinary actions, addressing complaints, and problem resolution. Maintain accurate inventory records for both in-house and vendor-received goods. Oversee housekeeping in the dock area and manage a safe working environment, particularly in conditions of extreme cold and occasional vibration. Ensure compliance with all safety and policy procedures as specified by Tyson Foods.
