Qualifications

• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory or line lead experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Build the best team possible by hiring, training, retaining, and counseling on personal and professional matters; guide team during shifts and rotate stations.
• Review daily production orders to ensure on-time fulfillment, accurate shipments, and proper coding of products.
• Ensure all workstations are staffed before start-up and machinery is operating; maintain USDA inspection readiness.
• Promote safety daily and lead monthly safety meetings; oversee processing operations with other supervisors.
• Provide ongoing education on quality and process improvements; handle other responsibilities as needed.
