Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Wrapper Operator to run and tune wrapper machinery, monitor performance, and work with the production team to ensure high-quality outputs.

You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment, maintain safe conditions, and participate in ongoing training. This full-time role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow detailed instructions across all shifts at our Kentucky plant.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Six months of work history within the past twelve months.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
