Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) seeks an experienced Manager, Warehousing Operations to lead a location’s warehouse and related sales activities. You will be responsible for profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction, directing staff, coordinating freight movement, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires 5-7 years in the transportation/warehousing field, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years in transportation/warehousing preferred.
• Experience managing external service providers (cartage, truckload, linehaul).
• Strong leadership and communication skills at a management level.
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare reports and financial data including P&L assessment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead, direct, and manage site operations to ensure profitability and customer service excellence.
• Oversee fiscal and operational functions within the assigned location and guide sales efforts.
• Ensure safe, timely freight movement and efficient use of warehouse space and equipment.
