Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking a Team Lead, Warehousing to supervise dock personnel and assist supervisors with daily freight and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate records and on-time shipments.

The role requires forklift operation, order reading, attention to detail, teamwork, and 1–3 years warehousing experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; forklift certification is preferred. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of warehousing/transportation experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Proficient with basic office software and ability to update systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with movement of freight to and from storage, loading docks, and vehicles.
• Read work orders and determine assignments and material needs.
• Understand and carry out oral and written instructions on shipping documents.
• Control and maintain records for on‑time shipments.
• Work in a team environment; provide guidance and resolve staff questions.
• Ensure safety methods and programs are followed; maintain attendance.
• Comply with CSTPATA/TSA procedures and policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Develop positive relationships with dock staff and management.
