Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking a Manager, General (Warehousing) to lead operations at our warehouse locations, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier service. You will oversee site performance, personnel, and process improvements to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5-7 years experience.
• Five to seven years experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Five years supervisory/managerial experience desired; combination considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain profitable, cost-efficient operations while guiding sales and ensuring policy compliance.
• Lead and manage site operations to maximize profitability and customer service.
• Oversee warehouse resources to enable quality and efficient operations.
• Maintain positive customer relations and resolve daily issues.
• Improve processes to ensure excellent customer relations.
• Review P&L performance and adjust goals to meet profitability.
• Ensure safe, timely freight expediting and safe work environment.
• Attend work regularly and comply with security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
