Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking a Manager, General (Warehousing) to lead operations at a major warehouse location. You will drive profitability, manage a team, and coordinate with sales to ensure top-tier service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5–7 years in warehousing/transport and strong leadership, with focus on safety, compliance, and efficient process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5–7 years in transportation/warehousing.
• Minimum 5–7 years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience managing external service providers (cartage, truckload, linehaul).
• Ability to read complex business documents and write detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations to ensure profitability and superior customer service.
• Maintain cost-efficient operations and guide sales efforts.
• Manage P&L and set short- and long-term goals.
• Ensure safety and compliance with C-TPAT and TSA procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain positive relations.
