Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years related functional experience.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience in warehouse/DC management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with associates and external customers at all levels.
• Strong time management, organizational skills with follow-up and follow-through.
• Ability to manage through problems and make independent decisions.
• Experience developing and executing annual financial operating plans.
