Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all customer key performance metrics and objectives.
• Interact daily with local customer to ensure needs are understood.
• Lead team to identify operational improvements in route optimization and carrier selection.
• Collaborate with other Penske sites to share best practices.
• Develop and execute annual financial and operating plan.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance across the operation.
