Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Warehousing Manager for the Savannah Machinery Works location in Pooler, GA. You will lead all warehousing operations, ensuring safe, efficient receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials supporting manufacturing.

Use SAP S/4HANA and EWM to optimize inventory control and warehouse performance. The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety, and experience in manufacturing warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 8+ years of warehouse or distribution operations experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and EWM.
• Experience managing cycle count programs and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, shipping, material handling, and inventory control.
• Develop and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operation that supports manufacturing schedules and customer commitments.
• Establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline while coaching warehouse supervisors and team members.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through disciplined transaction management, cycle count execution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Lead and improve cycle count programs and support annual physical inventory activities.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA and EWM to ensure accurate warehouse execution, inventory visibility, and material traceability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, space utilization, and operating costs.
• Develop and monitor warehouse KPIs and standard operating procedures.
