Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily shipping, receiving, kitting, packing, and warehouse operations for CPSD.

You will lead warehouse staff, drive efficiency, and implement Lean improvements to ensure safe, accurate, and timely material movement supporting production and customers. Ideal candidates bring an Associate's degree and 5+ years in shipping/logistics with 2+ years in supervision, plus strong ERP/MRP and 5S lean knowledge.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field; 5+ years shipping or logistics experience and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance, and support a productive team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, kitting, packing, and warehouse operations to ensure safe and timely movement of materials.
• Lead warehouse employees and monitor safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and engagement.
