Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our CPSD warehouse, transportation, inventory management, and 3PL operations in Warrendale, PA.

You will drive operational excellence, improve material flow, and implement scalable distribution strategies to support continued growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 7+ years in warehousing and 3+ years in management.
• Experience leading warehouse, distribution, inventory control and logistics operations.
• Proven leadership to develop high-performing teams and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of Lean, process optimization, and warehouse efficiency improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, transportation, distribution, and 3PL operations for safe, cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and service levels.
• Establish KPIs and scorecards to monitor safety, productivity, inventory, delivery performance, and costs.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean initiatives: 5S, visual management, waste reduction, and problem solving.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and capital projects to boost productivity and cost performance.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing to align goals and future growth.
