Job summary
Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily shipping, receiving, kitting, packing, and warehouse operations for CPSD.
You will lead warehouse staff, drive efficiency, and ensure safe, accurate, timely movement of materials to support production and customer needs. Responsibilities include team leadership, performance management, and cross-functional coordination with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Customer
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years shipping or logistics experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
- Lean, 5S, standard work, and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shipping, receiving, kitting, packing, and warehouse activities.
- Lead warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist in hiring.
- Drive improvements in layout, storage, and material flow with Lean methods.
- Monitor KPIs, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure ERP accuracy.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA, and Logistics.
- Resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies and document actions.
