Job summary

Saia, Inc. is seeking a strategic sales expert to drive growth in Warehousing and Final Mile services.

You will partner with the Saia sales organization and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and craft value-based solutions across warehousing, inventory management, distribution, and final-mile delivery. You will lead growth strategies, support discovery and solution presentations, and ensure proposals align with customer needs while collaborating with Operations, Pricing,

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of relevant logistics, supply chain, sales, business development, or solutions experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution, fulfillment, and final-mile delivery models.
• Understanding of how transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, and final-mile services integrate to create comprehensive supply chain solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new Warehousing and Final Mile business opportunities with the Saia sales organization.
• Serve as the product expert and SME for Warehousing and Final Mile across the opportunity lifecycle.
• Develop growth strategies focused on target customers, industries, and geographic markets.
• Support discovery, strategic sales calls, solution presentations, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Technology, and Customer Service to ensure viable, value-driven solutions.
• Travel to support customer opportunities, facility evaluations, implementations, and sales engagement.
