Job summary

Saia is seeking a senior sales professional to drive growth in Warehousing and Final Mile services. You will partner with the sales organization and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assess supply chain needs, and craft value-based solutions that expand revenue and market penetration.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in logistics or related sales, strong consultative selling, and the ability to articulate complex value propositions.

Qualifications

• Requires consultative selling and solution development expertise.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate deals.
• Ability to educate and enable a broad sales organization across functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new Warehousing and Final Mile business opportunities.
• Serve as product and SME for warehousing and final mile, guiding opportunities.
• Develop growth strategies across target customers, industries, and markets.
• Support discovery, solution presentations, pricing discussions, and proposals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Technology, and Customer Service to ensure viable solutions.
