Saia is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive growth in Warehousing and Final Mile solutions. You will act as the product expert, identifying opportunities, shaping value-based solutions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to win new business.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the sales organization, solution design, and delivering measurable revenue growth across target customers and geographies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of relevant logistics, sales, or business development experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and final-mile services.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Saia sales organization to identify, develop, and close Warehousing and Final Mile business opportunities.
• Serves as the product expert and subject matter expert for Warehousing and Final Mile services.
• Develops growth strategies focused on target customers, industries, geographic markets, and supply chain requirements.
• Supports discovery, strategic sales calls, solution presentations, pricing discussions, and progression through the sales process.
• Assesses customer supply chain requirements and develops solutions involving warehousing, inventory management, distribution, fulfillment, and final-mile delivery.
• Identifies opportunities within existing Saia customer relationships to expand logistics revenue.
• Collaborates on solution design, labor requirements, pricing, implementation, and business cases.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers, warehouse operators, final-mile providers, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Partners with Operations, Pricing, Technology, Customer Service, Sales to ensure solutions are viable and aligned with expectations.
