National Oilwell Varco is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Houston facility. The role involves operating forklifts, managing inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

You will maintain records, read warehouse documentation, and perform cycle counts in a safe manufacturing environment. Strong MS Office skills and WMS/ERP experience are valued; full-time schedule with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Pass drug screen and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with WMS/ERP software preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts to move goods.
• Read warehouse documents to identify items to move.
• Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory records and shortages lists.
• Assist in shipping and receiving.
• Keep warehouse clean, orderly, and safe.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Comply with NOV policies and procedures.

• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, etc. to transfer and deliver goods.
• Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped.
• Conduct physical inventoryand cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
• Assist in shipping and receiving.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous forklift and warehouse experience desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with WMS/ERP software preferred.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for extended periods.
