Job summary

NOV is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Odessa, TX to maintain inventory accuracy, handle inbound/outbound shipments, and operate WMS-driven processes. You will receive, label, store, and transact materials while ensuring on-time deliveries and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks and verify goods against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Receive, inspect, and record inbound shipments using WMS and LPN tracking to ensure accurate documentation and traceability.
• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations according to LPN assignments and FIFO methodology.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment based on system-generated pick lists, using a tablet and scan guns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Load outbound trucks safely and accurately based on shipping documentation and customer requirements.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist in reorganizing warehouse layout for operational efficiency.
• Propose and implement improvements to warehousing procedures and workflows.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to streamline operations and resolve inventory issues.
• Follow all SOPs related to WMS and inventory movement.
• Perform equipment inspections on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and report maintenance needs.
