Job summary

NOV is seeking a warehouse associate in Tulsa to assist with inspections of materials, move items, and perform cycle counts. You will ensure internal controls, maintain a clean, safe warehouse, and operate equipment following safety procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years related experience, with ERP system experience preferred. Candidates should be capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position in Oklahoma.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2 -3 year(s) related experience and/or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience

• 3 years of experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, standing forklift operation, pulling order and sales orders.
• Experience with an ERP system.

Job Requirements

• Ability to operate various styles of forklifts to meet production needs along with meeting all safety requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate precise inventory control, good time management skills, and strong multitasking capabilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge on how to operate within a general shop, material handling and safety focused warehouse that is essential to maintaining a high-volume manufacturing environment.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is often required to stand, walk, and maneuver about shop floor. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. May have to lift up to 50lbs.
