Job summary

NOV’s Cedar Park, Texas facility is hiring a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, store, and ship parts and supplies. You will operate forklifts, hand trucks, cranes, and other material handling tools, build accurate picking lists, and ensure shipments depart on time and in good order.

This onsite role requires basic math, reading part numbers and labels, safety‑first thinking, and reliable teamwork. You may lift up to 40 lb and must follow all PPE rules while maintaining clean, organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, shrink wrap, box, label, and stage finished products.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, cranes, hoists, and other equipment.
• Move materials to storage locations and keep aisles/bins organized.
• Generate and reconcile picking lists to ensure accurate material selection.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts; post receipts/disbursements.
• Verify and store materials from receiving inspection.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and report equipment issues.
• Operate warehouse machinery safely and follow PPE requirements.
• Provide support to Shipping and Receiving.
• Follow NOV policies and procedures.

The Warehouser will support NOV’s Cedar Park Texas facility by efficiently receiving, inspecting, identifying, storing, and distributing parts, supplies, and equipment. The role includes operating forklifts, hand trucks, cranes, and other material handling tools, preparing finished products for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and keeping the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe. Work is performed onsite.

Join NOV's Logistics team in Cedar Park as a Warehouse Associate, handling inventory, shipping, and material flow in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts, hand trucks, cranes, and other material handling equipment, preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to read part numbers, inventory labels, and shipping documents.
• Experience with packaging, shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling finished goods.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lb (heavier items with equipment).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in keeping and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to a safe work environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and picking list management.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to follow instructions.

Work Environment

• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
• Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 40 pounds.
• Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, Steel toed work boots, and hardhats.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes, vapors, or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, verifying part numbers and accompanying documentation.
• Pick, pack, shrink wrap, box, label, and stage finished products for loading onto trucks or carriers.
• Load and unload trucks and carrier vehicles using forklifts, hand trucks, cranes, hoists, and other equipment.
• Move materials to designated storage locations and maintain organized aisles and bins.
• Generate, distribute, and reconcile picking lists, ensuring accurate material selection and staging.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts, posting receipts and disbursements in the inventory system.
• Verify and store materials from manufacturing and receiving inspection in assigned locations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, reporting any equipment issues promptly.
• Operate warehouse machinery safely and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Provide support to Shipping and Receiving teams as needed.
• Perform other work-related tasks as required and assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
