Warehouse Supervisor – Belcamp, MD

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to work with our client in Belcamp, MD. Our client is the first company in the nation to export to U.S. chain restaurant licensees in over 40 countries. Thousands of food products from over 350 U.S. food companies are distributed to more than 100 international customers. Their signature product line is U.S. halal-certified foods.

Pay Rate: $26/hr+ (depends on experience)

Shift Schedule

• 2nd shift Monday‑Friday – 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM with overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Operations: Perform hands‑on shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and cycle counting alongside the team to meet daily volume targets.
• Staff Supervision: Train new hires, assign daily tasks, conduct shift huddles, and provide performance feedback to management.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, investigate inventory discrepancies, and reconcile counts using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety guidelines, conduct regular equipment inspections, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of previous warehouse experience, including powered industrial truck (forklift) certification and leadership roles.
• Skills: Strong proficiency with RF scanners, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Environment

• Cold storage facility (approximately 30°F)
• Proper gear and safety protocols will be in place
• Fast‑paced, team‑oriented warehouse setting
