Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use a finger scanner and WMS to locate and pick products in a refrigerated warehouse.
• Pack products safely and efficiently, including temperature-sensitive handling.
• Verify accuracy of customer orders and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks for damage, discrepancies, or expiration issues; work collaboratively with the team.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Follow safety protocols, including PPE usage in a food-handling environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete required safety and operational training on time.
• Maintain knowledge across multiple production areas, including box building and order preparation.

Position Overview

As aWarehouse Production Associate, you will play a critical role in the fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. This position operates in atemperature‑controlled, refrigerated environmentand requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

Schedule

This position operates on asecond‑shift schedule, typicallySaturday through Tuesday from 2:30 PM to 1:30 AM. This role is subject tooperational needs, and start times, end times, or scheduled workdays may vary.Overtime or schedule adjustments may be requiredas business demands change.
